The assignment for AG Business Development was to transfer all activities from the Dutch subsidiary into the new company. The total transaction was done at arms length. The first step was to define the strategy of the company and make a five year plan. After this the total business administration, cost prices, the management information, the tax impact of transfer pricing were handled. An investigation was done to implement a new ERP package to support the business. As last poject the processes and procedures were written and implemented.
