The company is an AEX-stock exchange publishing firm who is transformed from a product oriented into a customer oriented organisation. The implementation of this new strategy was part of the assignment. In combination with this major change, the implementation of a new CRM system was programmed to support this change with introduction of this new tool. The interim manager played a major role by setting up the blue print and implementation of the new organisation structure. During the overlap the old organisation was in place and business until the big bang. The structure and the development of the new organisation and the clean up of the databases were finished, before these data were loaded into the CRM system.
